All ZenaJay Studio pieces are handmade and/or prepared in small quantities with intention.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Because many pieces are made in limited quantities or customized upon request, processing times may occasionally extend slightly during high-volume periods.
